A Not So Critical Food Story

Lesson: It’s sometimes not important to have a great build up, a great plan or even great expectations.

Hypothesis Proven: Last month, at this food festival in Delhi. I sauntered in with expectations at ground zero (general makings of the start good story, you’d think – but no). An otherwise ignored city park today spoke a different energy, new sounds and definitely a new purpose. But inpsite of all this novelty, i mostly just walked around and ODed on wurst. All in all, did just the thing you’d do when you have promised yourself an evening of no thinking. Came back fairly uninspired.

Cut to a month later: That sunday when you clean out camera space. So i attach the camera to a projector, draw the curtains, get a cup of tea, put some pillows and switched off the phone.

Here’s what happened. I call it, procrastinated inspiration.
